  Although I occasionally create purely sculptural pieces, I am drawn into exploring my above mentioned interests through functional pieces that can be incorporated into one's home and garden. My love of and fascination for using a variety of media and technique shows in my work. I incorporate glass in cut and mosaic form. I weld my own table bases, birdbath bases and lighting elements, often using reclaimed metal obtained from a local scrap source. I use a wide variety of imported handmade papers in my sculptural lighting. I have incorporated beads and fabric as well. A fairly new medium for me is ferrocement. Check out the "Dog Mahal or Sacre Cur" structure. I hope to explore further in this direction. I enjoy working with clients in creating custom pieces.
